A web presence is a must in today’s time even if the business is B2B. Link the custom website to online marketplaces and networks to reap maximum benefits.
Tally Accountancy makes most sense for an SME. They have easy to configure systems and the price points can be gauged based on scale of your business.
CRM deployment is complicated as your business processes need to be properly mapped, employees need to be trained and recurring costs should be low. I am not sure about the efficacy of SugarCRM. My suggestion would be to hire an IT consultant to provide the best solution and implementation plan for a CRM application. Its okay to have a high spend, but incurring costs later and loss of worktime due to a faulty application hits back more.
